Introduction to Meditation


This course provides instruction in a variety of meditation techniques, including sitting, standing, walking and lying, with ample opportunity to practice those techniques. The approach is practical and applicable to all aspects of daily life. No experience required.

Obstacles to Meditation


This course is a follow up to the Introduction to Meditation Class. It focuses on establishing a meditation practice, integrating mindfulness into daily life and overcoming lifestyle issues that put a meditation practice on the back burner. Meditation experience required.
