Intentions Workshops
Intentions are the building blocks of thought and action. Without intention we are immobilized. When we are conscious of our intentions, they provide clear direction. Thought and behavior flow easily in a consistent direction allowing us to accomplish our goal. When part or all of our intentions are outside of our awareness we experience a sense of struggle or choppiness in our lives. Often a sense of “stuckness” arises, actions become effortful and our ability to move forward is impeded.
