Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is the practice of paying attention. It brings us directly to the present moment and teaches us to cut through our conceptual framework and our habitual patterns. It provides a fresh, clear perspective and helps us develop the qualities of patience, acceptance, trust and letting go.
Mindful awareness can be applied in any situation. Therefore it is an ideal tool for both the workplace and daily life. With mindfulness we can learn to respond rather than react to difficult and unpleasant events. Responding rather than reacting (internally or externally) is the key to a healthier, less stressful life.
