Calgary Theravadin Meditation Society

 
The CTMS group is open to all meditators with experience in Vipassana (Mindfulness) Meditation. The evening sitting includes chanting, meditation, a Dhamma talk, and discussion focusing on Buddhism and Vipassana meditation in the Theravadin tradition.
